A new Italian restaurant is expected to open in May in Old Town Auburn. Pasquale's Italian Ristorante will be located at 210 Washington St., a space formerly occupied by Crudo restaurant. The building is about about 3,000 square feet. Laura McGuire, who will own and operate the new restaurant, hopes to serve families and couples. She said she was drawn to the location because "it is nested in the heart of Auburn, Old Auburn" and she "loves the hustle of the tourists in the area." Menu options at Pasquale's Italian Ristorante will include pastas, pizzas and sandwiches.
